SLC31-W2: Shop & Share Challenge - Visit a Supermarket or Mini Market

I will make my concise participation during my visit to an outstanding supermarket in my environmeUntilfore now, there was nothing like a shopping mall not until we had a chance to choose from the variety of standardised brands available in this mall.

A brief history of this city is one saddled with the vast commercial activities of trade. This is a city that is named the commercial nerve spot of Africa, with just everything one could remember, traded in its space. A commercial hub and center of the state with production tendencies scattered all over the place.

But one thing still stains this good name which is the filtration of adulterated products done within its space. And one would wonder why such a menace given the rare initiatives employed in carrying out this. It could be done nicely and better instead of taking the faster route that endangers the lives of many.

This comes to the emergence of this super shopping mall [MARKET SQUARE] that brought certainty, hope, trust, and choice. This is a place that stirs up that consciousness of getting the desired approval for what you want. When it was opened, the crowd was enormous and difficult to deal with. The question is, were people waiting and longing for its existence before now? 😊.

For me, I was certain to purchase original content across demands. Staple foods, groceries, drinks, and other confectionery are at their best shelf life. Since I cannot compromise quality for either quantity or risk of fake items, I would rather buy from this shopping mall.

Market Square shopping mall is one of the renowned marketplaces in the country with a brand set aside for its originality and affordability. They have made the shopping experience a lot easier with their item classification and well-trained teller points. Shelving of items is professionally done, with the ability of customers to quickly and easily identify items without stress.

Even though I understood that it wants to maintain a standardised brand quality name not to get compromised during wait time for restocking, I believe they should be more efficient not to allow time for "out of stock" to tarry more than necessary. There are times out of stock items are delayed for a couple of weeks before restocking which isn’t customer satisfying.

However, I visited this mall to pick up some items. My son has wanted me to buy him a loaf of bread as well as the masking tape for their home-craft activities. I had to stop by while heading to work to quickly get him this. While doing this, I had to add my favorite loaf for lunch as well. I have always enjoyed their sadine bread which I had to add to my cart.

Funnily, the price of these items has continued to go up given the inflationary concerns in the country. No one knows when normalcy will return as Iran's war surges. Masking tape already weighs more than 1000NGN. Let's see a tubular representation of these items below.

Lastly, I needed to talkn about their tellering and I must say they have continued to proactive knowing fully well when to deploy full compliment of staff at the POS channels. This is simply shows a better knowledge of noting peak and off peak periods.

These items were quickly calculated and payment paid at this point without much delays.
