SLC31-W4: Shop & Share Challenge - Restaurant or Food Vendor

This is another entry from me to keep tabs on the learning challenge. This week, I will be presenting to you one of my newly discovered local eatery spots for the highlights. This local eatery spot is called Avic Kitchen located inside a popular sit-out and relaxation space called C.S Park

Avic Kitchen

CS Park is situated in the heart of the city, which features AVIC Kitchen inside one of its structures. Coincidentally, I just discovered this local eatery about three months ago. This was precipitated due to the ongoing rift between my workplace and the state government over an undisclosed revenue payment.

In that light, the office was sealed, one may no longer have access to home use meals been preserved and taken during lunch but now resorted to eating out. Hence the discovery of this local place. This is a spot I have always visited without knowing that there was such a good place inside of it to quench my appetite for food.

To show their mastery in this, all of my colleagues found this place appealing after taking a break on the first day. We started with their goat meat pepper and graduated to taking other delicacies from this kitchen. However, for the purpose of this purpose, I had Okra Spup and Swallow [Eba]. One good thing about their soups is that, they are freshly made. So, one is sure of having a freshly made meal always.

The food menu below. This cost me about 4,000NGN which is about 51.3 steem value. Though a little on the high side, after a slight adjustment in their prices since the surge in PMS prices, their quality has remained unchanged. Freshly prepared meals are the best irrespective of the value attached to them. I strongly recommend them for trials. In fact, I also learned that they also engage in outdoor kitchen services like cooking in several ceremonies, such as weddings, birthdays, and other social gatherings.

Not until I had to use their eatery space directly, I had been cheated several times by those who we booked these meals through. When we discovered what they do, we now eat directly from their customer service points. And in a bid to enhance their services, Avic Kitchen hired about 5 attendants who help them attend to desiring customers from the different seating locations inside the CS park. For now, their customer care services are good.

A little glance at this kitchen not only shows how organised they are but also takes cleanliness as its watchword. In this space is their well-arranged store that also allows the preservation of unused food items, especially the protein in the refrigerator. They may look small but have a taste for quality.

Avic Kitchen is located on Market Road by Adazi in Aba, Abia state. A typical hub for relaxation for lovers of drinks with a taste of home meal.
