Hello dear Steemians,

For this third week of the Steemit Challenge Season 31, I visited Laquimco - 10 000 Articles, a large hardware and machinery shop located on Avenue de l’UMA, Tunis, Ariana, Tunisia.

This shop is a practical destination for people who need tools, power machines, electrical accessories, painting products, batteries, lighting items, adhesive products, cutting tools, hand tools and many other items used in construction, maintenance, repair and home improvement.

I selected this shop for the Machinery shop theme because it is not only a general store. It is a complete hardware and tools destination where customers can find products for electricians, painters, mechanics, plumbers, construction workers, craftsmen and ordinary customers who enjoy DIY work.

Inside the store, I found power tools, drills, glue guns, blowers, grinders, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, saws, cutting discs, extension cords, sockets, lamps, batteries, adhesive tapes, scrapers and many other useful products.

First impression of the store

When I entered the tools and machinery area, I noticed that the store was bright, organized and full of products. The shelves are long, and the products are displayed on hooks, racks and shelves. This makes it easy to walk around and compare different items.

What I liked from the beginning was the clear variety of products. The shop does not focus on one single category. It includes many sections such as power tools, hand tools, electrical accessories, paint products, adhesive products, batteries, lighting items and construction materials.

Another positive point is that many products have visible price tags. This helps the customer compare products without asking for the price each time.

One of the first sections that attracted my attention was the glue guns section. It was displayed under a large “Nouveau” sign, which means that these products were presented as new items in the store.

I saw several glue gun models, including Hoteche glue guns and an EMTOP glue gun. These tools are useful for decoration, packaging, small repairs, crafts, fixing light objects and DIY projects. They are not only useful for professionals; students, decorators and home users can also use them.

The power tools section is one of the most important parts of this visit because it directly matches the Machinery shop theme. I saw several machines and electric tools, including drills, blowers, grinders, heat guns, glue guns and electric engravers.

One of the main products I noticed was the Bosch Professional GSB 570 drill, displayed at about 155 DT, which is approximately 908.30 STEEM. This type of tool is useful for home repair, installation work and professional tasks. A drill is one of the most important products in a machinery shop because it can be used for many types of work, such as drilling holes, installing shelves, assembling furniture or doing small construction tasks.

The Bosch drill was displayed clearly on the shelf, and the price tag was easy to read. This gave a professional impression because the customer can immediately know the product and its price.

One of the strongest points of Laquimco - 10 000 Articles is the wide product range. During my visit, I saw products related to electricity, painting, construction, repair, machinery, decoration, lighting, cleaning and home maintenance.

The visible price tags are also very helpful. In many shops, customers need to ask about each price, but here many items already have their price displayed. This makes the shopping experience easier and more transparent.

What I liked most

What I liked most about Laquimco - 10 000 Articles is the variety of products. The shop brings together many categories in one place. Instead of visiting several small shops, a customer can find tools, electrical items, painting products, batteries, tapes and machines in the same location.

I also liked the visible prices and the bright lighting inside the store. These two points make the visit more comfortable. The customer can take time, compare items and choose according to the budget.

The power tools section was the most interesting part for me because it included several products related to the Machinery shop theme, such as drills, blowers, glue guns, grinders and electric tools.

Points that could be improved

My general experience was positive, but I noticed that some shelves are very full. This is understandable because the shop has many products, but a new customer may need some time to find a specific item.

It would be helpful to add more visible category signs in some aisles. Clear signs for power tools, electrical accessories, painting products and hand tools would make navigation even easier.

However, this point does not reduce the value of the shop. The wide range of products remains its biggest strength.

My final review

In my opinion, Laquimco - 10 000 Articles is a very good machinery and hardware shop in the Tunis / Ariana area. It is useful for professionals, craftsmen, electricians, painters, mechanics, workers and ordinary customers who need tools or repair products.

The shop is permanent, active, well located and rich in products. It deserves to be added to Steem Atlas because it represents a real and useful place related to this week’s theme.
