Digital Art | Cazziah, the one with the sharp electric blades ⚔
Good morning, my dearest readers in the #Steemit art community! Happy Sunday to everyone. I hope you’re all doing very, very well and, of course, enjoying your weekend. Your friend Manuel is here to greet you once again, and I’m thrilled to share a new art post on my blog. This time, I’m bringing you a #steemexclusive illustration that I finished a couple of days ago. My idea was to create a kind of warrior character with swords, whom I decided to name Cazziah; but she wouldn’t be just any ordinary warrior. What makes Cazziah unique is that she possesses the powerful ability to generate electricity through her body, and she uses this to charge her sharp swords, turning them into even more dangerous and lethal weapons.
Muy buenos días mis queridísimos lectores y lectoras de la comunidad artística de #Steemit, feliz domingo para todos, espero se encuentren muy muy bien, y que, por supuesto estén disfrutando de su fin de semana, por aquí los saluda una vez mas su amigo Manuel super feliz de poder compartirles un nuevo post artístico para mi blog. En esta oportunidad les traigo una ilustración #steemexclusive la cual termine hace par de días atrás, en ella mi idea fue la de crear una especie de personaje guerrera con espadas a la cual decidí darle el nombre de Cazziah; pero no sería una guerrera común y corriente, la peculiaridad con Cazziah es que posee la poderosa habilidad de generar electricidad a través de su cuerpo, y aprovecha esto para impregnar sus afiladas espadas, volviéndolas armas aún más peligrosas y letales.

Espero les guste mucho la idea para este personaje, y les dejare por aquí abajo el proceso completo, para que lo aprecien mucho mejor a detalle:
PROCESS / PROCESO
For the basic sketch, I focused on giving (Cazziah) a slender and slightly sensual appearance, since even though she’s a warrior, I didn’t want her to look angular or rough. I drew her with slightly long hair tied back in a bun on top of her head, and of course holding two large, slender swords in her hands, striking a sort of defensive pose. With the sketch finished, I moved on to the next step: coloring. This time, I started working on the skin with slightly more intense pink tones to give her a more unique style. At this stage, I only like to use the airbrush and watercolor, since both give me a specific texture that captures the same essence in my drawings.
Con respecto al boceto básico me enfoque en darle a (Cazziah) una apariencia delgada y un poco sensual, ya que a pesar de tratarse de una guerrera no quería que se viera como alguien delineada o tosca, la dibuje con una cabellera un poco larga y recogida con un moño sobre su cabeza, y por supuesto sosteniendo 2 grandes y afiliadas espadas en sus manos, adoptando una especie de pose defensiva. Con el boceto culminado pase al siguiente apartado, en de coloreado, esta vez empecé a trabajar la piel con unos tonos un poco mas rosados intensos para darle un estilo mas único, en esta etapa solo me gusta usar el pincel aerógrafo y la acuarela, ya que los 2 me dan una textura especifica que da la misma esencia a mis dibujos.
For the eye makeup, I wanted something that would stand out, which is why I used yellowish and orange tones to create a rather intense and daring look. Here, I used small brushes to achieve the shimmery details, just as I did for the mouth, sketching out a subtle smile. As for the clothing, I decided to play around a bit with purple and violet tones. With the lighter violets, I created a sort of form-fitting outfit that hugs Cazziah’s silhouette, leaving slight openings around the bust and abdomen; then, with the purple tones, I created what would be a sort of complementary high-necked vest; here I only used rough-textured brushes to add more detail.
Para el pintado de los ojos quería algo que contrastara, es por ello que use unos tonos amarillentos y naranjas para crear una mirada bastante intensa y temeraria, aquí use pinceles pequeños para lograr los detalles de brillos, al igual que también use para la boca, esbozando una sutil sonrisa. En lo que respecta a la vestimenta decidí jugar un poco con los tonos morados y violetas, con los violetas más claros cree una especie de traje ajustado a la silueta del cuerpo de Cazziah, dejando leves aberturas en la zona del busto y abdomen; luego con los tonos morados me encargue de crear lo que sería una especie de chaleco complementario de cuello alto, aquí solo use pinceles de textura rugosa para darle mejor detallado.
I painted the hair using reddish tones to give Cazziah a more unique look. I used my bristle brush for the basic shading, and then used light tones to highlight the top section. For the swords, I started with a base of medium grays to give the metal a more specific texture and appearance, as if they were forged from a unique and special metal. Here I worked with a watercolor brush since it allowed for better detail in the highlights of the blades, and for the final part, I created an electric effect covering both swords, which would represent Cazziah’s powers.
El pintado del cabello lo realice con tonos medio rojizos para darle un estilo mas único a Cazziah, use mi pincel de cerdas para el relieve básico, y luego con tonos claros plasme los brillos en la parte alta. Ya para la creación de las espadas partí de una base de grises intermedios para darle una textura y apariencia más específica al metal de estas armas, como si estuviesen forjadas de una metal único y especial, aquí trabaje con el pincel de acuarela ya que me permitió mejor detallado en los brillos de las hojas, y ya para la parte final cree un efecto eléctrico cubriendo ambas espadas, el cual representaría los poderes de (Cazziah).
