This upazila was built many years ago but I don't know the exact time. For many years, this upazila has been doing its activities very well and trying to provide all kinds of good facilities and services to everyone. The main purpose here is to manage and supervise various local development activities including education, health, agriculture, infrastructure development. Administrative activities are also provided. And this place is definitely still fulfilling its objectives very well and from the beginning till now it is the same as before and the activities are being managed well.
