Today has been one of those busy days filled with responsibilities and unexpected moments. It began with a flurry of activities at home, as I tackled a list of tasks needing my attention.

Knowing I had a packed schedule, I headed to the market to gather the essentials for our meals. Though the market was crowded, I managed to find everything for the day's cooking, including fresh ingredients for one of our family's beloved dishes "Afang Soup". This hearty meal, a comforting mix of flavors, always evokes a sense of home and something we eagerly anticipate.

Once home, the real work commenced. I started preparing the farmhouse, which demands patience and care to ensure it turns out well. The mouthwatering aroma filling the kitchen was enough to whet anyone's appetite. While the farmhouse was simmering, I took the chance to whip up a large batch of stew. This stew is something we make in bulk and keep in the fridge for the week, saving time and ensuring there's always a wholesome meal ready for the family, no matter how busy things get.

We talked and laughed until dawn, as if no time had passed at all. Eventually, I walked her home, feeling grateful for the time shared and the memories we created.
