Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.119. date (17-04-2026) //Best day meals
Greetings to all members of this prestigious community and to you who is taking time to read my post. You are welcome to my blog.
Today, I want to participate in one of the amazing contest called Daily menu delicacies. I consumed the below meals today being 17/04/2026 and capture them so as to share the dairy game with my friend.
The morning was hectic for me. I woke up early by 5 :30 am, because there was pilled of dirty clothes to be washed and I was on morning duty as well. Coming out of the laundry room, every way was clear and bright 🌞. I spray out all clothes in on dryer. I rush and enter to prepare my breakfast.
The meal below is mixed pasta 🍝 which marcogni and noodle with Egg. This is one of the simple but fast breakfast. Pasta is known worldwide and lovely enjoy by thousands of families. We had a good time and enjoyed this delicious breakfast together.
We all left to work, returning home the Sun was so hot sun we decided to use some fruit and chilled our bodies.
Taking fruit at least once a day improve human health and well being. Jack fruit is essential fruit that helps in proper digestion of food and promote good sleep.
Soursop fruit is essential for nursing mothers, lt is rich in fiber, vitamin Cmagnesium and it also helps in proper digestion of food.
As shown in the picture, my dinner was a main dish and lt is heavily rich in protein. So eating soursop in between helps to reduce constipation and contributes to proper digestion.
Okra has lost a nutritious benefits, it boosts fertility, contains calcium, potassium and is also Rich in fibre, vitamin and minerals.This is one of the fastest soup because it has very few steps to complete it.
Okra soup is a very delicious meal because it comes with lots of proteinous ingredients that is healthy for both children and adults. It is cherish and love thousands of people around the globe.

This yummy delicious meal has the following health benefits. First, it supports heart health, Good for bone health,Good for blood sugar control, Good for digestive health and hinders constipation and Good for weight loss. Okra soup is prepared with nutrient rich ingredients which help boost the immune system.
