Contest||Recipe of The day week Nro 112("Karomcha Pickle Recipe")
My dear friends, I am absolutely delighted to participate in today's "Recipe of the Day: Week 112" competition. Today, I would like to share with you a recipe that I have created myself. For this competition, I have prepared a "Karomcha Pickle Recipe." These Karomcha fruits have a slightly tart taste; consequently, they make for a delightful pickle or chutney. Many people even process them into "cherries" to sell in the market. This fruit is extremely beneficial for health and is rich in various vitamins. This recipe can be prepared in a very short time using just a few ingredients. Especially on a hot summer day, it truly serves as a refreshing and satisfying treat.
In any case, this competition, organized by @steemit-Ironchef, is undoubtedly a wonderful initiative. I express my sincere gratitude to them for organizing such an extraordinary recipe-based contest.
Here is: contest link. So, let's get started with the recipe---
Ingredients:
| Ingredients | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Karomcha | |
| Sugar | 1/2 cup |
| Red Food Coloring | 1 tablespoon |
| Water | 1/2 cup |
Methods for making recipe:
Step: 1
First, I will thoroughly wash and clean the Karomcha fruits with water.
Step: 2
Next, I will cut the fruits in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Step: 3
It is now ready to be used in a recipe, although many people also prepare dishes using the fruits with the seeds intact.
Step: 4
Now, place a clean pan on the stove over medium heat, adding the sugar and an appropriate amount of water.
Step: 5
Once the sugar has dissolved in the water, add the sliced Karonda berries and the red powdered food coloring. Then, I will stir to mix everything together.
Step: 6
Then, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Final step:
Next, stirring continuously with a spoon, cook the Karonda berries until they soften and take on the color; then, remove the pan from the heat and transfer the contents into a bowl.

So, my Karomcha pickle is now ready. It can be served with rice or roti. Moreover, it can be stored and enjoyed over the course of several days.
| So, dear friends, I hope you enjoyed the recipe I prepared today. I will be back again soon with a new recipe post. Until then, take care, everyone. May God keep you all healthy. |
