I visited Xtramile Kitchen located on the Keffi-Abuja highway. This is where I usually buy food, and they sell good food, including fried chicken, in the place. The restaurant has been in existence for more than 10 years now.
There are other branches of this same restaurant in other parts of the state and also in Akwanga. I know of three other branches of xtramile restaurant in Akwanga, which this particular one that I visited is the oldest, located at the Keffi-Akwanga and Keffi-Abuja highway.
The restaurant is always filled with customers coming in and going out of the restaurant. Xtramile restaurant accepted payment methods are: cash payment, bank transfer, and point of sale (POS) payment methods. Credit sale is not allowed in this place; it is payment before delivery.
When ordering fried chicken, what pieces do you prefer to include in your dish (breast, thighs, or wings)?
When ordering fried chicken, I prefer the leg of chicken because it is usually well fried compared to the thigh. However, the wings are usually the biggest part of fried chicken, but I do enjoy eating the leg part of chicken because it is usually well-held in my hand.
What do you like to have with your fried chicken? Mention your ideal side dishes (such as French fries, salads, or dressings).
I like to have a chill drink with my friend's chicken, but when it comes to dressing, I prefer pepper sauce. I am not eating the chicken with rice; I prefer eating it with pepper sauce, which is what makes me feel better when eating chicken.
What should the perfect piece of fried chicken be like? Do you prefer it with a classic, crispy breading, or do you like it to have a tender and soft texture?
I prefer my piece of fried chicken to be like crispy breading that is well fried. I like a well-fried chicken that looks so dry. I don't like the tender or soft texture of chicken, which is a crispy breading type of chicken that is my perfect piece of fried chicken.
