INGREDIENTS
💚 Cabbage 💚 Dried chilli 💚 Oil 💚 Turmeric powder 💚 Salt 💚Onion 💚 Curry leaves 💚 Coriander leaves
Step1 :
First, take the colored cabbage and slice it lengthwise into small pieces; similarly, slice an onion lengthwise into small pieces and set it aside.
Step 2 :
Similarly, take some green cabbage, slice it thinly lengthwise, and add it to the chopped purple cabbage.
Step 3 :
Place a pan on the stove, pour in some oil, and heat it up. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, Bengal gram, and curry leaves, and let them splutter.
Step 4 :
Next, add the chopped onions and sauté them thoroughly. While the onions are sautéing, add two dried red chilies; then, add salt and turmeric powder, and continue to sauté well.
Step 5 :
Once the onions have sautéed, wash the chopped cabbage in water, drain it, add it to the pan, and mix thoroughly.
Step 6 :
After mixing it thoroughly, let it sauté for a short while; then, add a small amount of water and cover it.
Step 7 :
Cook on a low flame for approximately ten minutes. Once cooked—and when a pleasant aroma begins to emanate—remove the lid, give it a stir, and then add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

The cabbage stir-fry we needed is now ready. It can be served as a side dish alongside any main course, or enjoyed with items like chapati, parotta, or poori. This is a highly healthy and delicious side dish.
