Recipe of the Day. Week No.107- Crispy leshuni corn pakoda🌽🌽
Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all, I hope you are all well. Breakfast means something delicious. Everyone likes to eat delicious food. So I also make this corn pakoda with the thought that the afternoon snack should be delicious. This pakoda is delicious and quite tasty to eat. Let's find out how I made it.
Ingredients

| Onion, chopped | 6 pieces |
| Garlic paste | 1 piece |
| Chili paste | 4 pieces |
| Ginger | Half tablespoon |
| Salt | To taste |
| Rice powder | As much as |
| Oil | One cup |
Preparation method
Step-1: First, collect all the ingredients. Chop the onion, then cut the corn into small pieces with a knife, then separate the kernels.
Step-2: Once the kernels are removed, lightly crush the kernels in a mortar.
Step-3: Once the corn kernels are crushed, add the chili, ginger, and garlic, broken in half, and crush them.
Step-4: Put the corn in a bowl, add chili, ginger, garlic, then add chopped onion, turmeric powder and salt to taste and mix well with your hands.
Step-5: Once the corn is done, shape the laddu into a round shape.
Step-6: Heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, put the corn laddus in the oil. Fry it for 10 minutes on medium heat. When it becomes reddish, take it off and serve it nicely. You can eat it with sauce or even as is. I served it to my family with sauce. Everyone enjoyed eating it a lot.
