"SLC31-W4" 👍 "La Ruta Gastronómica Dulcera" // Postres fritos y de calle,
I hope everyone is doing well. Welcome everyone to this exciting milestone journey of experience. First of all, I am eternally grateful to @dasudi mam for organizing this special fried sweet food. Today I will show you some street food fried sweets. Arrangement of selling fried food on a three-wheeled van in front of Saudia counter, Panthapath Road, Dhaka.
This fried sweet shop in particular is mobile. This mobile shop is usually open from 3 pm to 10 pm. But he sits in the same place every day. A little before the Dhanmondi 32 signal, on Panthapath Road, in front of the Saudia counter, 'Dulu Mia' sells hot fried food in a van. Although the shop is mobile, he has not kept any separate name for the shop.
They sell fried sweets on the roadside in these special three-wheeled vans. One of these traditional dishes is Jilapi. The common special dishes here are 1, Jilapi 2, Beguni 3, potato Chop 4, Singara 5, Bhajapuri 6, Piyaju. These special food vans are mobile and sell products.
I have seen food being sold in open spaces in other shops. In this particular open space on the roadside, they have attractively made separate shelves with glass. This method is to protect the food from the dust and sand of the road. So, as a hot food, these are of very good quality. Jilapi and Bhajapuri are very tasty to eat. The sweet and mildly spicy are very tasty. Despite being street food, these foods are best eaten hot.
| Food name | BD PRICE | Steem price |
|---|---|---|
| Jilapi 1pcs | 10 | 1.36 |
Since this shop is mobile, there is no specific name. But he sits in the same place every day. When people feel a little hungry while passing by, they eat these special foods occasionally.
But the price of each product is so low that any passerby can buy it in cash without any receipt. The reason for this is that they sell these foods at low prices. However, according to the cost, they are satisfied with a small profit. According to the dividend, they have to live on a small income. So they take only cash from the customers without giving any receipt. Everything you eat here costs ten taka for each product.
There is usually a lot of crowd in front of the shop. I am trying to observe the environment here more, especially during the road repair work. However, I hope that this mobile shop will be able to do good business again when the road repair work is completed soon. But they do not have their own electricity system. They sell food under the light of the street lamps. Despite this, I am very satisfied with their behavior.
This shop is usually arranged in a three-wheeled van. There is a stove and a gas cylinder next to it. They serve hot food soaked in oil. When I asked for permission to take pictures, they allowed me. Then I realized that they have a very good relationship with the customers who avail their business services. And they are very simple-minded.

However, there is road construction going on next door, so their business has been disrupted for a while. However, I really liked the way the food is kept in glass jars. Because the safety of the food is great. Even though the space is open to the sky, the quality of the food here was very good. And there is an opportunity to sit and eat at a small table.
Jilapi is a delicious food, but I always prefer to eat sweet jilapi cold. However, I have no objection to eating it when it is prepared.
But I really like to drink cold water with cold fried jilapi. Because cold water creates a pleasant feeling with the sharpness of the sweetness. And reduces the distance between the sweetness in the mouth. And it becomes normal.

I especially love to eat these sweet snacks when I go out in the evening. But we also like to eat jilapi with our family. Jilapi is usually a part of tradition. I have been eating jilapi since I was a child.

Those street desserts and fried sweets look so delicious. I'm a little surprised that they're eaten hot, but every country has its own traditions. Thanks for the invitation.
In Spanish: Se ven demasiado ricos esos postres y dulces fritos callejeros. Me sorprende un poco que se coman caliente pero cada país tiene sus tradiciones. Gracias por la invitación.
I am very grateful for your kind comment. These delicious sweet dishes are especially popular with people in Bangladesh. We eat these delicious dishes occasionally. However, there are health risks if these dishes are eaten daily and regularly. I am grateful for your kind comment.
I agree with you. This kind of food is delicious but we must eat it occasionally because of the great amount of sugar and grease in it.
You are right 👍
