How are you all? I hope you are all well. I am also well, Alhamdulillah. I am back with a new post. Today I am going to share my food menu with you.

People from different classes eat different types of food for breakfast. Low-income families usually eat rice or bread. Middle-income and high-income families have their breakfast with various types of fruits, bread, and jelly. But in my case, it is completely different. I do not have any specific food for breakfast. I have to have breakfast with whatever I cook at home every day. The morning Kaaba menu is within our means. Yesterday, my breakfast menu included chapati or gola roti made with my favorite flour and ripe sweet mango. Along with breakfast, it also increases my nutrition a lot. Sometimes my wife and mother make gola roti like this at home in the morning. It is fried in oil, so it tastes a little more delicious. You may also eat different foods of your choice for breakfast.

When the body feels tired after working hard in the morning, it needs food to restore the body's strength. That is why most of us try to eat a nutritious lunch. Our lunch menu is always large. The menu is arranged with various types of nutritious and delicious food. My lunch menu yesterday was my favorite. Have you ever eaten banana mocha. That is, the part that is cut off after the banana is cut can be cooked and eaten again. Which has a lot of nutritional value. Although it takes a little effort to cook it, it is cooked very well with many types of spices. My delicious favorite banana mocha recipe, white rice and potatoes with lentil fry was on the lunch menu. With which you can eat lunch with satisfaction.

Actually, it is not always the case that eating fish and meat brings satisfaction. Any food with complete nutritional value increases the energy of our body. That is why we should eat more naturally produced foods. This will increase the nutritional value of our body.

Since we do not work much at night, we should not eat heavy food at night. I usually keep my dinner menu very small. I satisfy my hunger with less food. The dinner menu had potato and egg soup. It is very delicious to eat with rice. I only shared the picture of the curry with you. It was accompanied by white rice.
