Recipe of the day nro112(besan ki Kadhi gram flour curry)

How are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope everybody fine too Today here I am participating this wonderful contest which organized by @nancy0.I am Thankful for my lovely friend.srranginf such a nice contest through this contest we can show our Telent by cooking skills.becsuse I am cooking lover and it's my passion .Today I am share you basin ki Kari with boiled rice.I hope you like my recipe and give me a valuable response.
Let's move towards and starts

| Green chilli | 3 |
| Curry leaves | 4 |
| Garlic | 4 |
| Salt | as required |
| Red chilli | 1tsp |
| Turmeric | 3 tsp |
| Chilli flacks | 1 tsp |
| Onion | 1 small size |
| Green onion | half cup |
| Cumine seeds | 2 tsp |
| Water | as required |
| Yougrt | 2 cup |
| Whole red chilli | 4 |
| Procedure with step by step |

Take a pen add in oil.when the heat the oil in pen add curry leaves ,garlic frying 2-3 minutes.

On the other hand take a pen add in 4 tsp of basin then dissolved in water very nicely untill there is no lumps.

After that basin mixture in oil pen.mixed all the ingredients.

Take another bowl add in yougrt.The curd should be mixed well with a spoon so that no lumps are formed.then add in pen.

Mixed all the ingredients very well.after that add in chopped onion and green onion.

then add 4 cup of water .Because the basin starts to get thick as soon as you put it in, it is very important to pan the water.(After this, we will let the basin and curd cook for about two hours so that it can be tested properly)
Take a bowl add in remaining basin then add salt,chilli flacks,half tsp of baking soda cumin seeds,

After that, we will add water little by little to this mixture and keep mixing it. It should not be too thin because it is still to be made pakoras.
When the basin kary was ready, I made another pen and started frying the pakoras in it.I made small size pakoras .frying both the sides and add in kary.frying all the pakoras.
In the end I add 2 tsp of oil in pen add cumin seeds ,whole red chilli.add tempting to the kary.

This is my final presentation.its very delicious very tasty and presentable.I served with boiled rice.we enjoyed with my family in lunch time.because it's summer dish.If food is prepared in different ways, its taste increases and the family members are also happy.
If we talk about the besan kadhi (gram flour curry) healthy, especially when it is cooked with less oil. Besan (gram flour) is a good source of protein, fiber, iron, and other nutrients.
