༻꧂Happy Day Steemians༻꧂

Welcome to my cooking blog. Guys I made delicious Shinwari Karahi at home. It was full of rich flavors, spices and traditional desi taste. I really enjoyed cooking it. The aroma made it even more special. Simple homemade dishes like this always bring happiness and satisfaction. I hope you all will like it.

The Ingredients Required For This Recipe Is:

SRIngredients
1Mutton Two Kg
2Oil Half Cup
3Garlic Paste One Tablespoon
4Black Pepper Powder One Tablespoon
5Salt Half Tablespoon Or As Taste
6Green Chillies As Taste

Procedure

Step 1

First of all I washed and cleaned the mutton thoroughly. There all the unnecessary things in it were removed. The meat was completely clean. After that I put the meat in a pan. I added water as required. Then I put it on the stove to cook. When the meat started cooking. I added about one cup of oil to it. Then I let the meat cook further so that the oil was well absorbed into the meat. And its taste became even better.

Step 2

After some time I noticed that the meat is starting to cook well. Today instead of making the Karahi in a cooker. I cooked it in a simple pan. I put water on the meat. And kept it on the stove and let it cook. To quickly marinate the meat. I used a simple recipe given by my mother. I took a large lemon and added all its juice to the meat. Then I mixed it well and let it cook further. Adding lemon makes the meat soft and marinate quickly. That's why my meat was well cooked. And ready in about half an hour.

Step 3

After about ten minutes of cooking. I added a generous tablespoon of ginger garlic paste. After adding the ginger garlic. I stirred the meat well to ensure that. The flavor was evenly distributed throughout. Now I let it cook for some time. So that the aroma and flavor of the ginger garlic would be well absorbed into the meat. In the meantime I also steamed the tomatoes. When the tomatoes were soft and steamed well. I peeled them so that they could be easily added to the pan later.

Step 4

After peeling the tomatoes. I cooked both the ingredients well. I kept stirring with a spoon in between. So that the tomatoes softened and mixed well with the meat. After some time the tomatoes completely dissolved. And a delicious masala was ready. When the masala was well mixed. I added a tablespoon of black pepper and a tablespoon of salt to it. After mixing all the spices well. I let the Shinwari karahi cook further so that all the flavors would absorb each other. And the karahi would become more delicious.

Step 5

When the shinwari karahi cooked. The water gradually dried up. And the meat is also well cooked. I let it cook on medium flame so that the meat remained tender. And the spices were well absorbed in it. When the water dried up completely. I roasted the meat for a few more minutes. Which enhanced its taste and aroma. After that my Shinwari Karahi was completely ready. Finally I cut the green chillies lengthwise and garnished it on top. Now my delicious Shinwari Karahi is ready to serve hot.
