"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 109: (Recipe of chicken pasta)"
Hello and Greetings you dear all friends and steemians! Hope you all friends are doing well and happy. I'm also doing my work very well and happy with the blessings of Allah Almighty and prayers of my family. Today I'm here with you with a new post to complete the contest assigned by steemit-ironchef community as Recipe of the day, Week No. 109: Today I will share the recipe of chicken pasta in my own way. Hope you all friends and steemians will read and enjoy my post.
INGREDIENTS:-
---
Cooking Oil 🪔
Boneless chicken 🍗
Potatoes 🥔
Capsicum 🫑
Garlic 🧄
Pasta 🍝
PREPARATION:-
---
First of all take the half kg of boneless chicken or chicken with bones. Then make their small pieces wash the chicken completely and remove all the blood and then remove all water from chicken.
Then take some water in the pan. Add little amount of salt and cooking oil in the pan. Then add pasta in the pan. Turn on the flame and boil the pasta until it is 70-80% softened. Then remove the pan from flame and remove water from pasta and keep it aside.
Then in the next step take the required amount of cooking oil in the cooking pan. Make the paste of garlic and add washed and clean chicken in the pan. Turn the flame on and add garlic paste. Cook the chicken completely until it's color changes to brown. This is very necessary because this can remove the smell of chicken and add extra aroma. When chicken is completely cooked then add masala of pasta which was already in the pasta pack.
Then in the next step wash the potatoes and capsicum. Then make thin slices of potatoes and capsicum. Add these slices of potatoes and capsicum in the pan and cook them completely. Add little amount of water so that they are completely cooked.
When potatoes, capsicum and chicken are completely cooked and softened then add boiled pasta in the pan. Add one cup of water and cook the whole material on low flame. After cooking 7-10 minutes on low flame our pasta is ready to serve.
