✓ Cuando pasas por un puesto de pan y sientes ese olor a recién horneado, ¿puedes seguir de largo o el aroma te obliga a detenerte y comprar?
If I smell freshly baked bread while passing by a bakery, I usually can't just walk away. That captivating smell makes me stop. The smell of warm bread is so appealing that it instantly makes me feel good and makes me want to eat. Many times I think I'll just go and have a look, but in the end I end up buying something. This smell is like an invitation, which is very difficult to ignore and it makes me have a pleasant experience every day. Today I went to eat bread at our campus' famous tea hangout place called Chikna Mor. It is located in Trishal Upazila of Mymensingh district. Chikna Mor is located next to National Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University.
✓ ¿Cuál es tu acompañante infaltable para disfrutar de un buen pan: un café recién colado, un té, un chocolate caliente o prefieres saborearlo simplemente solo?
My favorite companion when enjoying a good bread is a cup of hot tea. The soft inside of the bread and the slightly crunchy outer layer of the bread are enhanced when eaten with tea. The warmth of the tea and the fresh taste of the bread together create a wonderful feeling. It relaxes me and brings a small moment of happiness in the midst of the daily hustle and bustle.
✓ ¿Qué es lo primero en lo que te fijas al entrar a una panadería: la variedad, la limpieza del local o el color dorado de los panes?
After entering a bakery, I first notice the cleanliness of the shop. Seeing a clean and tidy environment, it seems that the food here is prepared healthily. Then I look at the variety of food such as cakes, biscuits, pastries and bread that attracts me. Finally, the golden color of the bread and its freshness come to my attention, which easily shows that they are freshly baked. Since I went at 7 am, they were just making bread at that time. There were not many breads in the shop. I bought a bread from them for 10 taka. And, next to it, there was a tea kettle placed on the stove. All the shops in Chikna More open by 6:30 am. And, they close around 1/2 pm. Tea is always a constant companion here. Along with, fried rice and, roti, bread and various cakes.
