This week's content is very simple and very good for us. I must thank my dear @pea07 & @sohanurrahman friends who have organized this competition in such a wonderful way. Where is this hidden place located?

Dear friends, today I will tell you where this hidden place is located. It may not be hidden for many people, but for me and many others like me, it is a hidden spot. The reason is that not many people in Bangladesh know about it; rather, people know about the surrounding area and nearby structures. It is a natural pond located next to Khan Jahan Ali's mausoleum in Bagerhat district, in the southern region of Bangladesh.

To get there, you can go to Bagerhat from any place in Bangladesh by any vehicle. You must go there and visit Khan Jahan Ali's mausoleum, and you need to enter through the mausoleum. Essentially, it is part of the mausoleum, along with the pond and the natural surroundings. You can enjoy the place there.

Why do you consider it a hidden or lesser-known place?

You are right about why I consider this a hidden spot—I have my reasons. It’s not an amazing place where people from far away would come to see and enjoy it. Instead, there are better, higher-quality places nearby that people from far away would visit. However, if someone does come here from afar or from somewhere else for some reason, they will like it.

If I consider it as a place on a small budget and small scale, then I would definitely say it’s a small-scale place. The expenses haven’t been much because the area naturally has grown trees all around. The spot that used to have water for selfies has only been slightly repaired, and trees have been planted there. Local people and those visiting the shrine bathe here and enjoy it.

What makes this location special or unique?

I didn't know if there was any special reason or special place at this location. But after going there, I had some experiences, and the biggest experience was this: people believe that the steps of the pond are sacred, and people bathe here. This belief is considered a reason because both the local people and those staying near the shrine bathe here peacefully.

Another thing is a huge world connection that makes it unique. That is, supposedly there are crocodiles in this pond. And those who are in Bangladesh probably know that just a few days after Eid, a crocodile from the pond at Bagerhat Bazar Dighi killed a child. The child had gone to bathe at night, and the crocodile dragged and killed him. Even though this makes people believe there are crocodiles, sometimes it can be deadly.

What did you discover or learn while visiting this place?

While visiting this place, I discovered or learned two things. The first thing is about the natural resources and management here. Natural resources are important for living healthily and for maintaining peace among the local people and the country. When we say natural resources, we mean things like water and forests, which are extremely important. In North Bengal, there are many areas where there are no ponds, no water, and drought occurs.

The other thing is about crocodiles. Wild animals can never be people we love, and they can’t be loved like humans because they can attack us anytime. We should always stay alert. At night, the child should not be near the pond. Parents and children need to stay vigilant with their eyes and ears open.

What story or feeling do you think this place expresses through your photographs?

A story has come into my mind; sometimes I feel like I live a lively life beside this pond and the natural surroundings. Sometimes, if I feel like it, I would bathe in the pond, and other times I’d just sit under a tree and stay in the shade. Sitting there, I would think and go over my life and maybe get married. Many such imaginative stories pile up in my head.

But again, many times I also feel, what if I fall into this water without knowing how to swim? Other times I feel that there might be some other creature or animal, like a crocodile, that could pose a threat to us. These kinds of stories and feelings are what I’ve tried to express through the pictures I’ve taken here.
