I was talking about the market located at Mofiz Hazir Market No. 41, Dhaka 1207, Shukrabad, Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh (it is also known as Shukrabad Puran Bazar). Visitors can easily reach here. For example, if you go straight down from Gabtoli in front of Metro Shopping Mall, this particular Shukrabad market is located on the left. I came here in the afternoon for some shopping.

This special Mofiz Hajir Kachabazar is open from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to midnight. This is a very old market where you can buy all the products you need at very low prices. Moreover, all the necessary products are available here.

In the previous era, this particular place had become a sewer. Here, densely populated or mostly buildings filled these places, and a raw market was built in 1992. At that time, this particular raw market only sold vegetables or fish by spreading paper on the ground. Then the first person came here from Saudi Arabia for Hajj. The place of this particular market belonged to him. Therefore, Mofiz Haji gave the name of this market as the name and the well-known name of the place. It is located in the North City Corporation of Dhaka.

There are usually food restaurants and various grocery stores here, starting from raw market vegetables to fish, chicken, confectionery items, pots and pans. Local people buy their necessary products in this market every day according to social customs. Especially after evening, people gather in a crowd, this special market is illuminated by the glow of lighting and the crowd of people increases. This special market plays a very important role for the local people here. They do not have to go far to bring the market, but all the products are available at hand, saving people's time. However, here people can happily buy fresh chicken, fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. These special shops highlight the special significance of this market.

This special market has been in existence since 1992. Fresh beef can be bought here. The people of this region buy meat from here and this is a special tradition. Moreover, the residents of the area do their daily shopping for their necessary products every day. People come from far and wide to shop here. The market has been in existence for a long time by converting it into a tin shed. Which is still beautifully preserved in that way.

This special market is still preserved for the convenience of daily shopping of the population to preserve tradition and good health. Since this market is under one ownership, this special market is still being used under the same name. Moreover, Mofiz Haji is still alive. Therefore, the tradition of this market and the tradition of a single generation has been used until 2026. And here, especially the tenants do the most market shopping. First of all, potatoes are 30 taka per kg in a grocery store. But I saw a roadside shop selling them for 25 taka per kg. But the thing is the same. The reason is that you don't have to pay rent in the shops along the roadside, but you have to pay rent for these front or front vegetable shops including grocery stores. Moreover, I consider it my responsibility to walk the streets and listen when leaving the house. Many of us cannot shop and have no idea about the price of things. For them, you must first behave well with the shopkeeper. And by asking the price, you should buy the product for more or less between five taka and ten taka. You should keep such an idea in yourself.

The inside of the gourd is often swollen and if you rub it with your hand, you can tell whether it is fresh or not. However, I think it is better to see the vegetables with your own eyes. Do not buy beef with thick fibers. Because thick fibers are often buffalo meat. Besides, we can give ourselves the opportunity to gain more experience by checking the price.
