Today, I have come to participate in the fouth week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S33/W4, organized by the Honorable organizer @pea07 and @sohanurrahman sir. A Place That Changed Me is Osman Hadi Chattor

Shahbagh is one of the most developed and important areas of Dhaka. Shahbagh has three important hospitals of the country, such as Birdem Hospital, Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital, and PG Hospital. Nearby are Shishu Park, Ramna Park, Dhaka University, and Hotel Sheraton, etc. Important rights movements of the country were created here.

For example, in July 2024, a mass movement was created against the dictator. Students from all over the country participated in this movement. Thousands of people lost their lives and were injured in that movement. While participating in the movement, Osman Hadi gave his life to achieve the rights of the common people. His brutal murder caused a lot of pain to the people of the country. Osman Hadi Chattars have been built in places to immortalize his sacrifice. Today, I appeared at the memorable Osman Hadi Chattar located in Shahbagh and paid my respectful salute to Hadi.

Osman Hadi Square is located at the intersection of Shahbagh. The beautifully colored structure is right next to the National Museum. As I have already said, Shahbagh is a very busy area and several important structures are located here, so people gather in the place 24 hours a day. There is adequate vehicle arrangement for their transportation. So, you can easily reach Shahbagh from any part of the country by just mentioning its name. That is why there are buses, minibuses, private cars, microbuses, etc. You can also visit the place by taking a rickshaw with CNG if you wish.

Shahbagh or Osman Hadi Square is located on the main road. So, people often come here while coming and going from here. But the last time I came was on August 5th, which is known as July 36th. Today is the day when the dictator fell due to the combined efforts of everyone. I came to this place to remember that day especially.

I have already said that Shahbagh is a place where some or the other incident arises constantly. The area is always busy for various reasons; there is a constant presence of people because it is located at the intersection of three famous hospitals; besides, it is an important road for going to and from different places. Therefore, Shahbagh intersection is the center of any movement. If we review the history, we can see that Shahbagh intersection has an important contribution in the movement against the dictator in 1990 and the movement of 2024. Not only that, Shahbagh intersection is still chosen as the place to realize any demand. These various reasons have made the place meaningful.

This is where the immortal monument of July 36, Shaheed Osman Hadi Square, is located. The square reminds us that whenever injustice and injustice are committed, Osman Hadi's successors will again give up their lives and go forward to protest. This square teaches us to protect our rights; this square expresses the glory of sacrifice; this square reminds us that Osman Hadi's successors are still awake to show the right path. This Osman Hadi Square is an eternal symbol of love for the country and its people. This influences me to increase my love for the country and its people.

Shahbagh or Osman Hadi Square has a lot of significance for the local community. People come here all the time to pay tribute to the immortal soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country out of love for the country; they meet here from different parts of the country. People of different languages ​​​​come here and meet. A sense of brotherhood is born among them. People of different cultures from different regions exchange ideas. Cultural values ​​​​develop. Only the elderly get the scope of our knowledge. Therefore, Osman Hadi Square is not only the center of consciousness but also plays an important role in the spread of culture.

Visitors always visit Osman Hadi Square, located in Shahbagh. They pay tribute to the martyrs by garlanding them with flowers. You will have the opportunity to read the open letter of the July 36 fighters. That letter contains love for the country, the people of the country, and a pledge of how to build a beautiful country. The square located here is beautifully built, on which stories of torture by the dictator are written, and there are also parts of fiery speeches to inspire the countrymen.

The square is beautifully decorated. Security guards are deployed to guard the place. There are volunteers to help the arriving visitors. This square on the side of the best road is a wonderful attempt to inspire our consciousness, which the visitors constantly appreciate.
