It is a five-minute auto rickshaw ride from Ichali Bazar, our house. A popular shop for fried food in this Ichali Bazar is called "Sohel Bhandari Hotel". This shop has a food preparation facility inside and there are three employees in the shop. In addition to fried food, various types of sweets are also available here. However, since it is the month of Ramadan, they make fried foods.

Moreover, in this month of Ramadan, they decorate the front of the main shop with small clothes and lighting and temporarily set up a shop to make fried foods for Iftar. During the month of Ramadan, the shop is usually closed until noon and these fried foods are sold from noon to evening. The staff at the shop are very good.

✓ What is your favorite fried food (empanada, arepa, pastel, or others) at this stand and which filling do you always order?

Like the city, there are several fried food shops in the village. There are three fried food shops in Ichali Bazar near our village, out of which this is one fried food shop. Jilapi, beguni, alu chop, dal bara and singara are available inside this shop all year round. All the fried foods of this shop are quite delicious, but the jilapi fried food of this shop is my favorite. Apart from this, this shop is quite popular for its fried food.

However, since it is the month of Ramadan, this shop does not make singara and pari during Ramadan, all the other fried foods are available here. That is, our Iftar items include all these fried foods. Moreover, I like to eat these foods and sometimes when I do not make Iftar at home, I buy chickpeas, bundia and beguni from this shop for Iftar. Having such a shop in the village has been very beneficial for those of us who love food.

First of all, they usually sell the fried foods here at their main shop, that is, now because of this Ramadan, they make small clothes and lighting in front of their shop and sell these fried foods as Iftar. It is a tradition for this region that they make small clothes in front of all the fried food shops and sell them in this way. Almost all types of fried food items are available at this shop for Iftar, but one special fried food item is not available here, which is "Dimer Chop".

Eggs are fried in oil with a combination of gram flour, potatoes and various spices, which tastes incredibly delicious. In addition, this food is also very important in making muri during Iftar. That's why I miss this food at this shop and I want the "Dimer Chop" fried food item to be added to the menu of this shop.

This will be a different answer to a different question for me. The price of fried food in the city is relatively high, but in the villages, they buy the fried food ingredients from the local market, so the ingredients of the food are fresh and the shopkeeper buys them at a low price and prepares this fried food. Since the shopkeeper's expenses are relatively low, the prices of these foods are also relatively low from the customers. The prices of almost everything in the village are low. Moreover, during the month of Ramadan, they do not keep a high profit on the price of the food they sell for Iftar. Local people are satisfied with eating quality fried foods at affordable prices, which results in high sales of this shop.

Of course, I think that they sell their fried foods at a fair price and customers are satisfied with purchasing food from here according to their needs. Customers always want to get good quality food, the price is not the same. Moreover, the shopkeepers here are local and local customers know them, so they serve good quality food at a fair price. My husband and I bought bundiya from this shop for 30 taka, which is the steam price.
