It is the kind of place where I go for routine needs, nearby services, and familiar surroundings. Incidentally my banks, HDFC Bank and Axis Banks are also in the same market beside other financial services like banks, insurance companies, restaurants and fast food outlets.

My second floor door was broken during a thunderstorm last week and I was planning to get it replaced for last couple of days so I took this chance and selected the board booked my order for the same.

As I was looking for a place to shop board door, Royal Plaza Market was my best choice as it's close to my house, a practical local market rather than a premium retail hub.

I Gave him the size and he promised to send a carpenter tomorrow morning with the door. The owner booked my order with size and gave me its value which I will pay along with his labor to the carpenter.

My shopping experience here at Royal Plaza is always great as it has different businesses, so we go there as a single large shopping complex in this area. It is associated with small shops, service outlets, and local activity typical of neighborhood marketplaces, rather than a major mall-style destination.

Its main advantage is location being in Pallavpuram gives it easy access from surrounding residential colonies and the main road, which is useful for daily errands, quick purchases, and meeting points. For me places like this matter because they combine accessibility with neighborhood convenience.

Royal Plaza functions more like a mixed-use local commercial market than a large branded mall. That usually means businesses such as banks, small offices, and neighborhood services. This is not a conventional mall but it has all popular and daily need shops so I don't think we need to expend any more.

As a satisfied customer, I've always favored local markets over supermarkets at least in India. Growing up, my go-to was the corner stores wherever we lived. The local shopkeepers remembered our family's love for fresh and hand-picked items so they'd chat or recommend the right items at reasonable price besides a little haggling is also possible.

I don't think any mall can match this experience even if supermarkets have better facilities and variety, but they lack personal relations. In fact local stores run on trust, that's why they are win my first choice over big malls until must.
