Hello, friends, authors, and readers of Steemit!

I’d like to invite you to join a super cool challenge to get to know each other better! 🚀

When we first registered here, most of us wrote our very first introduction post using the #IntroduceYourself tag. We talked about our hobbies, work, and lives. But time passes, our tastes change, and a person is often defined not just by what they say about themselves, but by the content they consume. So, why not remind everyone about who we are, but from a completely new angle? 😉

There is an old saying: "Tell me who your friend is, and I'll tell you who you are." In the internet era, we can easily rephrase it: "Show me your subscriptions, and I'll tell you what you breathe."

I would like to propose a 6-week introduction challenge called "Who You Are Through Who You Follow". We will look behind the scenes of our feeds on YouTube (mostly), X (Twitter), Telegram, or other platforms, and get to know each other closer through our favorite bloggers, creators, and mentors!

This is a great opportunity to present yourself to the Steemit community in more detail and find new friends with shared interests.

Each week, we will focus on one specific topic. Your task is to choose 2–3 favorite channels or blogs in that category and tell us about them. And, of course, tell us about yourself through the prism of these creators. After all, we are what we consume. As nutritionists say: "We are what we eat."

I want to emphasize that the main goal of this challenge is to introduce yourself, make your voice heard, and step into the spotlight. Sharing your subscriptions is just a unique tool to reveal your inner world. That is exactly where the theme comes from: it’s about "Who You Are Through Who You Follow". Ultimately, this challenge is all about you, discovered through the prism of the content you consume!

Weekly Topics

Week 1: My Country. An introduction to your homeland and the bloggers who best showcase its beauty, history, or daily life.

Week 2: My Profession and Field. A story about your job and the expert bloggers who help you develop and grow professionally.

Week 3: The World of Hobbies and Craft. Share your current hobby or creative dream, and talk about the masters whose work inspires you.

Week 4: Discovering the World and Spiritual Growth. A topic about pure curiosity, contemplation, and blogs that expand your horizons (science, space, philosophy).

Week 5: Music Code and National Taste. A presentation of iconic songs from your country along with cooking a traditional national dish.

Week 6: Beyond the Limits (The Finale). The final week of our introduction where you can showcase your most interesting subscriptions that didn't fit into any previous category.

Talk about yourself and your personal experience regarding the weekly topic.

Talk about your subscriptions (choose 2–3 bloggers).

Follow all the rules and requirements of the challenge.

About Me

I joined Steemit back in 2016, so this year both Steemit and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary! When the Steemit Learning Challenges (SLC) first appeared, they really attracted me because teaching is my hobby. I see this challenge exactly as a Steemit Learning Challenge, even though it has transformed into a simpler and broader "Steemit Challenge."

From the very beginning, I have been actively accumulating Steem Power and buying STEEM on exchanges. In my opinion, this is what most users should do—buy, not sell.

This is my third year participating in SLC and curation. It was the SLC that expanded my horizons far beyond my own community to the entire Steemit ecosystem.

I truly hope this idea inspires many authors to share their worlds. It would be amazing to see Steemit users getting to know each other better, breaking boundaries, and finding like-minded friends who share the same passions!

Thank you so much for considering my application!

Your proposal looks interesting, my friend @sergeyk. My passion is art, crafts, music, and creative writing. And above all, teaching and sharing what I've learned and continue to learn. For me, it's a daily goal. At least today I learned a little about you. Before, I only knew you were the user who always wins at Hari Rai. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Dear, I am waiting for your Challenge 32 application to be successful. You have made a very beautiful and important topic selection. I will write about a topic from my country as an example in your challenge. I am writing briefly.

is a blogger in our country who is trying to find the families of lost children who are now grown up. He has reunited about 600+ people with their families. Many people have found their families through this program after 50 years of being missing. The heartbreaking stories after each family is found make us cry. I think every country can do this kind of program and reunite lost people with their families.
