Assalamualaikum Steemians and everyone!
Today we are talking and discussing about mango.Mangoes' season has been started and everyone wants to eat it but some people are suspicious about it especially sugars 'patients.

We have enjoyed mangoes' party at home.Therefore I understood to tell about the history, advantages and disadvantages of it.
Let's start:
It is one of our favorite fruits in the world.
Kal da Bai (Mango) is native to South Asia and Southeast Asia, but it is found in all tropical regions of the world. Its pulp is eaten. This fruit is also grown in the subcontinent.
That is why it is considered the national fruit of India and Pakistan. In Pakistan, the months of May and June are the hottest months to summer.
We managed mango party today at home.

In this scorching hot season, if there is anything that creates a sense of freshness and pleasantness, it is the arrival of the king of fruits, the mango, with its yellow color and delicious taste.

Yes, there is a fruit from which there are countless dishes made and there are dishes of every taste sweet, salty and sour. Dishes of all three flavors are prepared from it.
Even today, when there is no official curry available, people in villages enjoy eating pickled vegetables on bread and thank God deeply.

History of Mango The word mango is actually derived from the Sanskrit word amad. It is mentioned in Sanskrit literature as a fruit and has been around for 4000 years. The English word mango comes from the Indian Tamil word mangai. Originally, the Portuguese took it from Tamil and started calling it manga, from where it reached the English and became mango. The mango tree is mentioned in many places as a wish-fulfilling tree.

Types of Mango:

There are two types of Mango: pen(qalmi) and native(Desi). Pen and native include brown sindhi, black sindhi, dussehri, summer behesht, parrot, green fairy, anwar tool, chounsa dil, aram saroli, suraya, pony, habashi saroli, langra, secondi vileen, and sindhuri, etc.
Mango is the only fruit that is used to prepare countless dishes, both raw and ripen fruit.
Whether it is a regular pen(qalmi) or a seed, it should be eaten when it is ripe on the outside. Being juicy, it does not cause bloating in the stomach and is quickly absorbed by the body.

Advantages of 🥭:

Ripen, juicy, sweet, and sour, the taste of the mango is hot and dry, which is why it is recommended to drink raw lassi after consuming it. In this way, the heat and dryness of the mango 🥭 goes away. People who do not consume raw lassi, i.e. milk mixed with water, usually complain of blisters in their mouths or acidity on their bodies. Consuming raw lassi after mango 🥭 also helps in weight loss and provides refreshment. It strengthens the stomach, bladder, and kidneys. Consuming mango is beneficial for the heart, mind and liver. It generally contains starchy ingredients, which makes the body fat. It is astringent or laxative due to its laxative effects. It brightens the complexion due to its beneficial blood-thinning effect. Medical experts have proven that The common man has the most properties of all fruits and contains more vitamins A and C than all fruits. Raw mandarin also has numerous nutritional and medicinal effects. Its use increases appetite and reduces nausea. It meets the seasonal requirements and protects against the effects of heat.

People who shouldn't use (eat) mango 🥭:

Natural Tonic

The common man is equally useful for people of all ages. It is an excellent natural tonic for children who are thin and weak.

Useful for pregnant or Breastfeeding Ladies:

It should be used by pregnant women, so that their children will be beautiful. Mothers who breastfeed their children increase their milk if they use the common man. This delicious fruit is not only a natural tonic that produces blood, but also makes meat.

When and How to eat 🥭?

And besides these ingredients, starch also contains phosphorus, calcium, iron, potassium and glucose. Therefore, it is useful for the heart, brain and liver as well as the chest and lungs. However, it should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

Some people feel heaviness after eating ordinary food and their health becomes heavy. They should consume a few seeds of jamun after eating. Jamun is a problem of the uterus. Drinking honey mixed with the juice of the uterus increases sexual power.

"Mango helps protect against cancer, lowers cholesterol, and benefits the heart. It makes the skin look bright and fair, helps prevent eye diseases, and reduces acidity in the body. The leaves of the mango tree and even its seed are useful for treating diarrhea and dysentery. Mango is a beneficial fruit."

Some Traditional Home Remedies:

  • Brushing the teeth 🪥 daily with a twig made from mango wood 🪵 helps remove bad breath 🫁.
  • Mango blossom powder, when used regularly with sugar, is considered beneficial.
  • People who suffer from difficulty urinating may use mango root bark. Boil 10 grams of mango root bark (along with shisham bark) in 1 liter of water until only one-third of the water remains. After cooling it and adding sugar, drinking it may help improve urination.
  • For warts, mango leaves can be burned to make ash, and applying it regularly is said to provide relief within four days.
  • Fresh Juice and ice cream 🍨 are also made from mangoes 🥭.
