Why We Keep Waiting for the "Perfect Time"

Have you ever noticed how often we tell ourselves, "I'll start tomorrow"?
Tomorrow I'll exercise. Tomorrow I'll read that book. Tomorrow I'll learn a new skill.
The funny thing is that tomorrow keeps moving. It never really arrives.
A few weeks ago, I realised I had been waiting for the perfect moment to improve myself. More free time. More motivation. Less stress. But life doesn't work that way. There will always be something demanding our attention.
So I decided to try something different. Instead of making huge plans, I focused on doing one small thing every day. Reading just a few pages. Spending a few minutes learning something new. Drinking more water. Sleeping a little earlier.
Those tiny actions didn't change my life overnight, but they changed my mindset.
Progress isn't always loud. Sometimes it's almost invisible. One day you look back and realise you're more disciplined, more confident, and better than you were a month ago.
We often underestimate small habits because the results don't show immediately. But just like planting a seed, growth happens before anyone can see it.
If there's something you've been putting off, don't wait for the perfect time. Start with five minutes today. It may not seem like much, but consistency beats intensity almost every time.
What's one small habit that has made your life better? I'd love to read your thoughts in the comments.
I love how you broke it down to those tiny actions that add up to big changes over time, it's so relatable and empowering - You're an inspiration to take action today 📚💪
Me gustó que no es un post para impresionar, es uno para compartir. Se nota la diferencia.
