In a world of closed windows.

In the days before people knew how to build houses, life was probably simpler. They didn't have to worry about where their windows would face, and they probably didn't care that they needed to be opened and closed occasionally.

All of humanity's problems began with the advent of windows.

It's too hot, it's the window's fault; there's a draft, it means there's a draft somewhere, and mosquitoes usually enter our homes through windows and bother us on hot nights, buzzing in our ears.

Someone must have thought exactly that and started boarding up the windows.

Perhaps they were tired of the dreary landscape and the piles of debris visible from that window, and since they couldn't afford to change the scenery, they decided to completely renovate everything quickly and with minimal labor. A hammer and nails are a quick fix for such problems.

Although, some people think not only about how the world is seen from their window, but also about what the world sees when looking through their window.

Apparently, when people finally get rid of windows, the time comes for them to gradually eliminate all doors from their lives.
