It is said to be and predicted that the El Niño phenomenon will be quite intense this cycle with Typhoons which either have stronger winds and or dragging the Monsoon to rain heavy. Both is bad news because these weather systems are just destructive and claiming lives and damage to property.

As for myself I am still worried like if there is a heavy downpour of rain, then like clockwork, the roads and hi-ways will become impassable again which will again force me to seek some transportation assistance again from our Barrio council if not from my locale church brethren from MCGI church which are more than happy to help.

With regards to worrying about our house getting flooded in and around, thanks a million to God it is a thing of the past now because we are not staying at a clean, comfortable, safe, secured, and presentable house which thanks be to God had been equipped with Solar power system and water softener system which really made me more than happy because I was not planning it and it just came to reality thanks to the assistance of my brother which I had made to oversee the installation of both systems for our house because we needed both of it because of its benefits like using the A/C and other electrical appliances freely without having to worry about the electric bills, and having a clean water all the time and hot water in the bathroom too, A/C in the rooms and all of that.

Anyway, the Solar panels would work better and efficiently if they are kept clean and somewhat nature is doing me a favor because rains would come especially at night and it will wash away the dust from the solar panels. In that way we do not have to hire some person to clean it because the rain will wash it for us. That is why I am grateful when it does rain from time to time and it also happens at night so when the sun shines at daytime the Solar panels are already dry and ready to power the house where we can enjoy the use of the A/C and other appliances like the water heater when we get to use the bathroom and also the rice cooker during the day.

Our net-metering is still not implemented yet because it seems that it takes time to process it but I am sure that before long we can finally get the bi-directional meter installed so I have to be patient for it to happen and hopefully it will free us from paying the power company because if the high capacity of our Solar panels to produce power to give us the credits we can use to offset our consumption and achieve a zero-billing goal so that we can save some money to be spend on other important things rather than going to the electricity distribution company which we are using now.
