NOT clickbait, and ART- Delegating SP?

i just revoked about 130 STEEM POWER delegated to someone but i think something went wrong- *long story short i will be re-delegating my steem power in like 5 days.... oh and here is some hyper-glitched steem artwork to scroll through, dont let it distract you...

...for too long, they aren't that shiny and colorful or really anything crazy- or maybe they're too crazy, it doen't help to micromanage the art after it spits itself out, i just thought it would seem like a cheap grab at precious steem without much substance...

if you are still reading and like what i post, or simply are in the buisness of steem power delegation... i know of a couple i could delegate to but in case, let me know!

*******one last note, if you dont mind letting me know do all people payout the same? what are the pros/cons of delegating to different accounts with varying SP? is there much difference or are all weighted votes/payouts the same?
