The City Observatory
Hello my dear Steemians,
During the same trip to Edinburgh we have found such an old and in very well condition restored observatory is a piece of history. I can imagne how it was for people in old time excited watching the sky and also to study the stars and constellation.
Ee have seen some school children on that day who found that place interesting and were running around and of course, trying hte big sit too :)
Wow! Such as amazing site. I love the maintenance culture there, preserving history is what makes study interesting.
Of course! School children will appreciate such site, especially after telling about the history and taking them there to see, touch and experiment it gives them that relieved that many things taught are not fictions, they actually existed.
I've never been to an observatory. It must be a wonderful experience. I'd love to go with my son.
