Главным украшением Нарымского сквера по праву считается этот изящный фонтан. Он расположился точно в центре зелёной зоны — на пересечении самых оживлённых аллей, словно приглашая гостей парка остановиться и полюбоваться.

Перед взглядом открывается шестиметровый круглый бассейн. По его окружности бьют 72 струи воды: они устремляются вверх и пересекаются в самой середине, образуя над центральной чашей нежный полукруг. В жаркие дни вокруг фонтана особенно приятно: вода дарит свежесть, а вокруг собираются и взрослые, и дети.

Особую магию объект обретает с наступлением вечера. Когда включается подсветка, струи и поверхность воды играют новыми оттенками — фонтан будто оживает и превращается в часть сказочного ночного пейзажа.

Кстати, у этой водной композиции есть своя история: её создали в 2006 году как подарок городу к 70-летию Железнодорожного района, а автором проекта стал архитектор А. В. Шульгин.

Правда, у популярности есть и обратная сторона: почти каждое лето в фонтан случайно или намеренно добавляют моющее средство. Вода покрывается обильной пеной, и сооружение на время превращается в огромную мыльную чашу — горожане иногда шутят, что так проще мыть посуду

The main decoration of Narymsky Square is considered to be this elegant fountain. It is located exactly in the center of the green zone — at the intersection of the busiest alleys, as if inviting park guests to stop and admire.

A six-meter circular swimming pool opens up in front of the view. 72 jets of water beat along its circumference: they rush upward and intersect in the very middle, forming a gentle semicircle above the central bowl. On hot days, it is especially pleasant around the fountain: the water gives freshness, and both adults and children gather around.

The object acquires a special magic with the onset of evening. When the backlight is turned on, the jets and the surface of the water play with new shades — the fountain seems to come to life and turns into a part of the fabulous night landscape.

By the way, this water composition has its own history: it was created in 2006 as a gift to the city for the 70th anniversary of the Zheleznodorozhny district, and the architect A.V. Shulgin became the author of the project.

However, popularity has a downside: almost every summer, detergent is accidentally or intentionally added to the fountain. The water is covered with copious foam, and the building temporarily turns into a huge soap bowl — the townspeople sometimes joke that it's easier to wash dishes this way.
