Hello my dear Steemians,
When I hear that great power comes with great responsibility, for me it is another way around. I would say that the great responsibility comes with great power. That always associates for me with Trump and his power:
He does not care about anyone and anything. He decides to increase taxes for any country and on his own without even speaking to Senate and in such stupid, I would even say ridiculous numbers.
He decides to change some law and everything how he wants
He decided to start war in Iran without getting that been discussed with Senate too
He reduced financial support for USAID, CDC and many other humanitarian help Of course, if a person is adequate, then having a great power a person will think and will try to do everything fair because he could help many, he could make great decision for the sake of people, society.
When there is someone at the important governing post, like working for council, for government or maybe president who unable to manage his responsibility and his tasks , his loyalty to serve for the best for the people who live in their county, community. Usually in order to get that post they are elected and before they promise people what they are going to do, how to improve the living of their people and also they have responsibility to be transparent and not to misuse their power.
If there is a situation and it is noticed that the power is used in bad intention and also it was misused then the person should be released from the post and power should be removed.
When someone is taking any posts that allows person to have a big power and a possibility to use the power instruments then there should be factors to restrict that powers and reverse when it is necessary.
It should not be possible that any significant decisions should not be able to be made only by one person but should be discussed on certain meeting with multiple people and they should have no relationship and no family binding with each other. The community should elected by people but also should have only restricted number of years max 4 years and should not be able to be elected again after the first time.
When everything is transparent then people will not be comfortable to deceive and also will have fear to be revealed and be punished.
