Presence.....
I think we should learn to think about the right things. If we actually look around us, there are so many noticeable and beautiful things that we barely even pay attention to. Yet we spend so much time overthinking things that may never happen, things we have no control over, or things that have already happened and are over. We keep replaying situations, imagining possibilities, and creating problems in our minds that may not even exist. I want us to become so mentally in control that irrelevant thoughts don’t get so much space in our minds. Maybe we can change the way we overthink not by forcing ourselves to stop thinking, but by becoming more aware of where we direct our thoughts.
There is so much around us worth noticing. Everything has its own beauty, and paying attention to these little things can genuinely refresh our minds. I noticed this myself when I went to the park. Even the grass looked different in different places. There were so many trees, and every single one was different in its own way. Even the smallest leaf or flower has so much detail and beauty in it.

Sometimes, I think we just need to pause and actually be present. Instead of constantly living in our heads, we can look around, notice what is in front of us, and allow our minds to rest on something real. Nature, people, little moments, sounds, colors there is so much happening around us that we miss while being lost in our own thoughts. Of course, we cannot control every thought that comes into our minds, and overthinking isn’t something we can simply switch off. But we can learn which thoughts deserve our attention and which ones don’t. We can train our minds to focus on what is real, meaningful, and within our control.
So why ignore all these beautiful things around us and keep ourselves trapped in thoughts about things we don’t even know will happen, whether they are true, or whether they even matter?
