First of all, my greetings to everyone. How are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also well by the grace of Allah, Alhamdulillah. I wish everyone good health. The weather here has not been good for the past few days. It is hot, it is cold, and suddenly it is raining. It has been raining since last night, so it is very late to wake up in the morning. The weather was cold, so I had to sleep. I woke up in the morning and went to the restaurant to freshen up and have breakfast. It's nice to have something warm in the cold weather. I went to the restaurant and ordered bread and rice. The hot rice and bread came to the table. After that, I ate the bread and rice. These kinds of foods are very delicious to eat and beneficial for the body. After that, I paid for the food and went home.

I came home and rested. It rained a lot today, so I didn't go to the office today. Since I didn't go to the office, I sat down and chatted with my family. Meanwhile, I told my wife to cook the meat and pola. After that, my wife started cooking. When the cooking was finished, we all ate together. In fact, the moments of eating together with family members are, in a word, extraordinary. Yesterday I bought silver mangoes. Now, after finishing the meal, we all ate ripe mangoes together. Eating fruit after meals increases the nutritional value of the body. My daughter loves to play with it. It is really nice to see the happy moments of the children.

The weather improved in the afternoon. My family loves to travel. I went for a walk with my family members. I really enjoy going outside. My little girl especially loves going outside. We actually went to a riverbank a little way from our house. I really like the beauty of the river bank. We enjoyed a wonderful moment there. After that, we all went to the restaurant and had chicken soup. Chicken soup is very delicious. I always try to eat nutritious foods with my meals. Due to working hard all day, my body suffers from many nutritional deficiencies. Therefore, if we regularly eat nutritious foods, our body's nutritional needs will be met. Therefore, we should take care of everything. As we walked around, it became night. After that, we all went home.

My observation is that you focused your health diary on things you consumed during the day , but you limited in telling us how important it to the body , the quantity one need to eat to stay healthy .It was good for you to even give some tips by educating with nutritional food you consumed during the day .Your health diary does not carry weight of explaination base on health tips .You didn’t comments on others people post atleast three authors .This shows engagement.Nodate was included on your writeup .How can you write a health diary without date.
