A bicycle that was forgotten

While wandering through the Grand Bazaar in Tehran, I came across this bicycle, a heavy retractable security gate, and a floor mop right by the entrance.It immediately caught my attention.

There's something strangely intriguing about the picture.
The shop behind the heavy iron gate feels empty, and the signs of neglect and abandonment around it make the image feel a bit sad and lonely.

The place isn't abandoned for a particular reason—maybe it was never a popular spot, or perhaps its long-awaited customers have only come once.

This location is part of the famous Grand Bazaar in Tehran, which is a 10 km network of old alleys and streets filled with shops.
Places like this exist because the bazaar is one of the oldest markets in the world.
