My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2019

Hello friends,

Happy Sunday people, it is the last day of rest before work starts tomorrow for some of us so I am going to try and have an early night today.

I walked to the church with my son for Sunday service today at the church and that was good exercise for me though the church is not too far. I suspected that the rain had caused a lot of flooding issues which was why we didn’t go with the car.

Another massive rainfall started almost immediately we got to church and the turnout of members for services today told the whole story, very poor. We had the usual praise and worship time which got us dancing and singing. By the time the service was over the rain had stopped so we rushed back home before the weather changes its mind. Lol.

I had a friend visit late in the afternoon and by the time he was leaving I saw him off, I used the opportunity to go further than I had planned because I wanted to hit the 10k mark today and thank God I made it. That is it for me guys, do have a great night rest.
