Because it seems now that with new reduced queue to 65, the wait time will soon be 7-8 days or more .

We did also state that this functionality is not yet complete, and will be rolled out in the coming few days :)
FYI we finished the coding yesterday, and rolled out the code so next voting round, all top 25 AFITX holders will get priority voting.
The interface on exchange waiting queue will not visually reflect that right now as you pointed, but all 25 top holders should get processed should they have a valid post.
We will be announcing this officially today.
