What a pain, it happens even if we are being careful.
Had it happen on a few platforms, both time funny enough they were on the same time I was on.

Thank you hun. Yes it is a pain! especially as you say, I was being careful, but I guess I am not as tech savvy as thes 'people'. :/ so annoying!
