[ESP/ENG] Una hermosa yegua y su pequeño hijo/ A beautiful mare and her young foal.
Hello, dear friends of this wonderful community. Today I’d like to tell you about this beautiful mare and her foal; a friend of mine keeps them in this area so they can graze.
He brought them here from the countryside for medical treatment because the mare was sick; she is currently nursing the little one and also needs to be monitored.
They are valuable animals that deserve good care; the mother is kept tethered to prevent them from wandering into dangerous spots.
They need to be watched, as there are ill-intentioned people who might try to steal them, so I help by keeping an eye on them.
The foal is a bit skittish and always stays close to its mother—it looks so beautiful, and I’ve taken several photos of it.

We should avoid getting too close to her while she is with her young; she tends to become aggressive in order to defend it, so it is best to play it safe.
She has been behaving very well and grazing on the local grass, which is abundant everywhere; she just needs to continue being well cared for.
The photos turned out great, though I have some closer-up shots that I’ll share another time.
