Pyrography - Making patterns on wooden spoons - Join me through the process

in #art10 years ago

I wood burned this spoons as a request made by my sister. I took some photos through the process. The pattern is just a big doodle.
These are the original two spoons.

I started with the big spoon as it will take me longer to wood burned. I only made patterns on the back and front of the handle. Below you can see the progress.

Next I started burning the small spoon. I didn't make a design all the way down the handle. This was harder to make because the handle was cylindrical; I had to rotate the spoon everytime to go round with the design.

This is a great way to decorate your plain wooden spoons. Follow me for more pyrography art.

What interesting works. You didn't try a burning out the laser? I have lessons of production of products from genuine leather.
You come to me @alex2016

I didn't try a wood burning laser.

Hey Anca! Noticed you follow my blog and wanted to drop in and say hi. Love the spoon, that's pretty intricate detail in such a small space, I love it!

Hello! Thanks. Glad you like it.

Well, as a carpenter and theatrical scenic designer, may I say, you have a real skill there. Keep it up.

Thank you. I feel I'm getting better everyday as I practice.

It shows. I hope you share more of your woodburning.

Very nice anca3drandom

Thank you Marius!

Wow these are beautiful. I love the balance between flow and order in the design. I've thoroughly enjoyed seeing all of your creations on Steemit, thanks for sharing your processes.

I'm not sure if you sell your art already but you might be interested in checking out Peerhub.com to offer your creations paid in Steem dollars (you can find more info about it here). It is a marketplace that is focused around Steem dollars and the Steemit community. We're holding a raffle this week with a pool of 150 SD if you post an item on the site. I will also be making a weekly post highlighting newly listed items in the marketplace that could potentially help your creations reach a wider audience :-)

Wow that is such a great idea. I'm not selling yet, just giving them to family. But I will have to check out the site. Thank you for telling me about the site.

Please let me know if you post on Peerhub I'd love to buy some of your creations!
