"Gates of hell" Auguste Rodin

The gate is made of bronze. Rodin worked on them for almost 37 years, until his death, and essentially left the work unfinished. The majority of the elements of the gate (about two hundred) taken from "the divine Comedy" by Dante Alighieri. "Gates of hell" is one of the most famous and monumental works of the great sculptor.
