Dinner time!! -Pikachu digital fanart-

A couple of lovely pikachus having their dinner <3

Materials:

Huion 1060 Pro Graphic Tablet
Clip Studio Paint EX
Adobe Photoshop CS6

Drawing Process

This is my work space:

Ok, first lets open clip studio and create a new canvas, in this case the format will be an illustration with the follow characteristics:

Now create a new layer

And draw a quick draft of both Pikachus

Now continue whit a new layer:

I put the new layer on top of the draft layer, then I lower the opacity to the draft layer and start to trace the clean lines in the line art layer.

Another thing that is very useful is to open the drawing again and place it parallel but in mirror mode, so you can see your drawing from another perspective to notice the errors.

And here are the finished line art:

Now lets continue with the coloring, in this step I create a new layer for every part of the drawing, for example a new layer for all the yellow parts, another leyer for the brown parts, other for the grass, etc. it is easier to modify the color of the drawing and to erase without damaging what is in the other layers.

I... forgot ... to take pictures for this part hahaha :v

but here is the result of the base color xD

next the shadows and lights in their respective layers:

Lets put some grass so that it does not look like the pikachus are floating

And we're going to make those strawberries look more delicious :p :p :p

and here is the final result!
