Was the other monument vandalized? Pokemon Go was just recent. Probably one of the hunters got frustrated for not finding any monsters lol! Too bad for the mermaid. I guess she finally went in for swim :)
I have no idea what happened to the other monument. I haven't been there for quite a while now. But I don't think it was a Pokemon Go player though. That monument was as thick as a tree. Hahaha. The mermaid still looks kinda picturesque though with just the tail. Hahahaha.
Interesting. Otherwise it might have been deliberate.
