W smaku zaskakujące, pikantne, lekko imbirowe, bardzo dużo czekolady, śliwki, kawy, lekka cytryna, do tego sporo drewna i wanilii, ściąga język, słodkawe, goryczki brak, gęste w opór, alkohol o dziwo mało wyczuwalny.

Wysycenie: średnie.

Bardzo ciekawe, wielowymiarowe piwo, przyjemna pikantność (aż musiałem sprawdzić, co to jest ten Galangal), przyjemny posmak, do tego doskonalone ukryty alkohol zaskoczył.

Aroma: Sweetish, vanilla, coconut, and I think ginger, interesting.

Color: Dark brown.

Taste: Surprising, spicy, slightly ginger-like, a lot of chocolate, plum, coffee, light lemon note, plus plenty of wood and vanilla, astringent/tongue-coating, sweetish, no bitterness, extremely thick, alcohol surprisingly well-hidden.

Carbonation: Medium.

Very interesting, multidimensional beer, pleasant spiciness (I actually had to check what Galangal is), nice aftertaste, plus the masterfully hidden alcohol was a surprise.
