W smaku winogrona, drożdże, cytrusy, zioła, kwaskowe, goryczka dość niska, gęsto, alkoholu nie czuć.

Wysycenie: średnie.

Za bardzo Modern, ten WC. Jednak jestem tradycjonalistą.

Carbonation: Medium.

Too "Modern" for a West Coast. I'm a traditionalist, after all.
