But I think there is one element, though, that did draw some contention over the years, and that was the relationship that Azerbaijan, the close relationship Azerbaijan had with Israel. And I think maybe that's what Yasser was referring to in terms of the relationship, the bad relationship between Iran and Azerbaijan, because that that really changed the course of things. But the reason that Iran is supporting Armenia, which is in terms of the religion, is a totally different thing.
And just against the Azerbaijan, which is the population Shia, is just because of the ethnic issue in Iran. They don't want to ethnic unrest inside Iran. So they want to beat Azerbaijan.
That's why they're giving you a free weapon, Mr. Artin. Well, but I'll give you another layer of this, Artin. I'll come to you in a second.
And then we've got Saad waiting. Saad, thank you so much for being patient. This is another element of it.
And, you know, we've been talking about this in terms of like from the Kurdish aspect of it. But now that we're talking about Azerbaijan and Turkey and, you know, the Iranian-Azerbaijani side, Iran, just like Bashar did before, has used the idea of separatism to kind of keep everybody in the status quo that they want. There's a dominance that they created by putting this fear and conditioning everyone, this idea of separatism.
Since 2003, when the U.S. military went into Iraq, they disarmed them right away. I've been to their camp, Ashraf camp in Iraq, and they don't have any military capabilities anymore. No tanks, no armored vehicles, nothing.
