Concord
This time, I would like to explore our last trip to New Hampshire. A quick short visit to Concord, the capital city of the state of New Hampshire. It features a charming, walkable downtown, the gold-domed State House, made in 1816, rich Revolutionary history, and diverse cultural and architectural attractions. we had been to the commercial streets on earlier trips but never to the governmental section. It was a spur-of-the-moment visit, not at all a planned trip.
Hello, friends, travellers, and community members! I hope you are all doing well and enjoying time with your loved ones. Now most everything is in order here, so I can spend some more time on my interesting Hive world. Today, exploring the place, the capital of New Hampshire state, Concord. A beautiful historical and cultural town. As well, the architecture in the center of town is amazing.
One day we had to drive to Concord. I asked my husband for just an hour to see downtown, especially the governmental area. My husband was in a hurry, but he was kind enough to approve my request, because he was mainly concerned with the uncertain future of my Brother-in-law. and thought this might be the last time we come to NH.
It was windy and cold so we were not prepared for a long walk in town. But for a short time, we managed.
We parked our car and paid the meter for an hour.
As soon as I got out of the car, I saw the golden dome of the State House, the churches, the State Library, the old post office, the historical society, court building. all are around me. A very interesting and beautiful classical architecture.
