Hola, todavía no puedes enviar mensajes privados sobre steemit. Usted podría usar busy.org, ellos tienen mensajería privada pero el otro usuario tendría que entrar en busy.org también para ver el mensaje. También hay steemit.chat y steemit discordia por charlar con otras personas.
