Kellogg's sells some of it's assetts

From my understanding, several brand names fall under the umbrella of the Kellogg's brand name. Today (4-1-19) Kellogg's sold some of its subsidiaries including: Kebler cookies, Famous Amos cookies, and some manufacture that makes girl scout cookies.
