How many nice cafes in your post! I've never been in Taiwan, but I hope to visit it in the future :) just to know, 'fermento' is also an Italian word to say that something is moving all around :)
If you ever do come to Taiwan, definitely let me know! I will be more than happy to take you visit some cafes so you can see how they compare to the Italian ones.
