Hello Steemians! I hope you are all doing great, Today I’m excited to participate in Week/ 4 of this amazing challenge. where I explored a local street food stall that offers delicious fried snacks and desserts.

This street food stall 'is a small roadside setup located in my local market area in peshawar; It usually opens in the afternoon around 3:00 PM and continues serving customers till late evening, around 10:00 PM, It’s a very popular spot, especially among students and young people:

Food Variety, Quality & Price

The stall offers a variety of fried street foods including:

Samosas
Spring rolls
Pakoras
Fries
Simple street-style burgers

From my experience ;the food was fresh' crispy. and full of flavor. The samosas were golden' and crunchy, while the spring rolls were perfectly fried;The burger was simple but tasty; served with fries'

Payment, Methods

The stall mainly accepts cash. which is common for local street vendors. No digital payment options were available'

Environment\ Structure & Service

The stall is simple but well-organized. Food is displayed on large trays> making it easy to choose. The cooking area is open. so you can see the frying process,
The environment is busy and lively' especially during peak hours. There’s always a crowd, which shows how popular the place is"
The vendor is friendly and serves quickly, even when there are many customers/

Do you prefer your dessert freshly taken out of the oil, or does it not matter if it’s already on display?

I definitely prefer my, dessert freshly taken out of the oil/ There’s something special about that moment when it’s hot, crispy, and full of fresh flavor. The texture is much better when it’s just fried —.crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. When desserts sit on display for a while' they can lose their crispiness and don’t taste as exciting. Also, seeing the food being freshly prepared gives me more confidence about its quality and hygiene< So for me' fresh is always the best choice, even if I have to wait a few extra minutes/

Do you usually enjoy your fried desserts with a hot coffee, or do you prefer a cold drink?

Personally/I prefer having a cold drink with fried desserts' Since these foods are usually hot and a bit oily]a cold beverage feels more refreshing and helps balance the richness, It makes the overall experience more enjoyable, especially in warm weather[ However, I understand why some people like hot coffee with sweets ;it creates a cozy feeling. But for me' nothing beats the combination of hot; crispy snacks with a chilled drink\

Do you prefer to enjoy these sweets as an afternoon snack or as the perfect ending after a traditional lunch?

I mostly enjoy these kinds of sweets as an afternoon or evening snack. It’s the perfect time to relax, hang out with friends| and enjoy some tasty street food, Having fried desserts after a heavy traditional lunch can sometimes feel too much, as they are already quite filling' In the afternoon, though, they feel just right not too heavy, but satisfying enough to boost energy and mood. It also makes the experience more fun because it becomes a small outing rather than just part of a regular meal>
